  Julia-Josepha-Patricia SANCHEZ was born in Lima, capital of Peru, in October 22, 1963 in Miraflores. She is currently widowed and mother of a daughter who was born in France. Julia became French Citizen in 1986. Julia was 13 years old when her father dies, she left alone, her mother works tenaciously to keep their home and be able to raise Julia. Thanks to a scholarship, Julia achieves her junior and senior high school in « La Reparación », a catholic private school for young ladies, founded in June 8, 1912. La Reparación is run by the Nuns of the Sacred Heart of Jesus of the Community of « Reparadoras ». She studied English in the « American Institute» in Miraflores. After obtaining her high school diploma at the age of 17, she moved to Canada, to live with her father’s family, in order to learn French and English in the school « Du Nouveau Monde » in Montreal. She studied Portuguese in the Brazilian Center of Portuguese of Lima, she learned French in the « Alliance Française of Miraflores ». She got certified as executive secretary in the Private School ELA Institut in Miraflores. At the Sorbonne in Paris, she studied the French Civilization and achieved a training about « Business in Europe » in the school « La Femme Secrétaire » in Paris VII, she also studied Theology in the Catholic Institute of Paris, she make a vocational training of International Relations and Strategy in the Center of Diplomatic and Strategic Studies of Paris, which include a training trip to the United Nations Organization in New—York. Living in Paris, Julia founds the Center of Exchanges and Cooperation between Europe and Latin America; she organized Economic and Cultural Conferences for a public of Academics, Enterprises and French Institutions. She worked for the Ambassador Hugo Palma, in the Delegation of Peru in the UNESCO, for the project « The lines of Nazca », Heritage Cultural of the UNESCO. Julia was invited by the Embassy of Brazil to participate in the International Conferences organized by the Principality of Monaco for the commemoration of the five hundred years of the Family Grimaldi. She was nominated Sales Representative in France for the Bolivar network of the Women CEO’S Chiefs of enterprises, created in Guatemala, in 1997 by the Inter-American Bank of Development. She participated in the First Cooperation Forum between the European Union and the MERCOSUR in Belgium. She participated in the IV Women of America Summit in Buenos Aires. Being a partner of the Association Women Managers in France, she participated at the III Symposium of the OECD about « A woman’s better involvement in the Enterprise and Institutional World ». She was on charge of the Public Relations and a woman councilor in investment and outside trade for French and Spanish enterprises. She has been nominated member of the Hispanic Pastoral Council of the church Saint Pierre de Chaillot in Paris. She was a Catechist in the Parish Saint Martin—Saint Laurent in Orsay.
